Return & Replacement Policy

We currently offer replacements only for damaged items or incorrect sizes. Refunds are not provided.

Replacement Eligibility

To request a replacement, the issue must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

We accept replacement requests only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong size than what you ordered.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • With original tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Wrong Item

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong size, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

To process claims for damaged or incorrect items, we require:

  • Complaint raised within 48 hours, and

  • Unboxing video clearly showing the issue
